As we transition into another calendar year, Nikki and Chris invite you to take time out to reflect on 2022 and participate in a process of closure and the creation of intentions for welcoming 2023.
This is the second year that we are offering an online Sankalpa Circle program. The program was developed as we were sharing the tools and experiences, we find useful to navigate transitioning into a new year, and has evolved to reflect our own growth and creativity over 2022. We both enjoy being part of a collaborative supportive community and we’d love you join us!
Our intention for the Sankalpa Circle: Transitioning to the new near, is to come together for heartfelt reflection to find a ‘word’ that encapsulates and provides guidance for the year ahead. Our program draws from a range of inspirations that have supported our transitions into a new year, in particular the works of Susannah Conway (Unravel Your Year, Find Your Word) and Gina Macauley (YogaHara Sankalpa workshops and retreats).
Chris’ word for 2022 is soften and Nikki’s word is clear. We’re excited to discover our words for 2023!
You’re most welcome to join for all or part of the program, our aim is to keep it open and flexible. Participants will receive a document that outlines a suggested process; however, everything is an invitation, and you’re welcome to incorporate processes and tools you find useful and skip the rest. You will know which parts of the program support you. For example, you might join for journaling, be at rest during the mindful movement and skip discussions, or participate in the entirety of the program. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you choose in the discussions.

Online via Microsoft Teams – a Teams meeting link and Resources documents will be shared by email and on the Humantix Virtual Hub after registration.
Reflecting the often-personal nature of this work, we are limiting registrations to a maximum of 14 participants to enable us to effectively support and hold space for the group and each individual.
Considerations for your participation:
A quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed, with room for you to freely move around a bit.
A journal and pen, options for other mediums (collage, paints/pencils/etc) to support external expression of your experiences.
Access to the internet via a device that you are able to use in your space
The registration process has an option to let us know if you are unfamiliar with Microsoft Teams and would like a 10min technical trial prior to the start of the Circle. Teams can be accessed via most internet browser applications without the need to download additional software or apps. Instructions will be provided.
You will also be given the opportunity to book a call with Chris or Nikki prior to the group starting to discuss any concerns or considerations to support your participation in the group.
Disclaimer: Registration is confirmation of your capacity and acceptance of responsibility for making wise and kind choices, practicing ahimsa (self-kindness/non-harm) and seeking additional support if required.

If you are able to pay the full rate, we thank you. If not, please choose the payment option that is appropriate for you, according to your current financial circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if your circumstance is not reflected in the price structure or need assistance with navigating your booking through Humanitix.
