Being a Sensational Being requires you to be aware of how you process information from your eight senses.
Everyone has a unique pattern of responding to sensory information.
Your individual sensory profile reflects your needs and limits for sensory input from the environment and your body. It makes a significant contribution to your sense of identity and wellbeing, your personality and habits.
This workshop introduces the skills and strategies of Sensory Modulation – using sensory input to change how you feel. Sensory Modulation doesn’t seek to fix or change you– it gives you tools to understand and use the strengths and challenges of your unique sensory profile. These concepts can be applied to everyday life including helping you focus for work, calm for sleep, and adjust the intensity of emotions and intense sensations.
There will be opportunities for practical experience and application of strategies for deeper understanding of your Self and others.
